Kamloops can indulge in the latest trend in holistic exercise when pop-up yoga comes to Thompson Rivers University on Friday.
The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation brings the newest format in the ancient practice to the Campus Green outside the Old Main building to promote breast health awareness.
By allowing everyone to contribute to the teaching, the trend allows for a less strict version of the practice intended to connect mind, body and spirit.

Pop-up yoga at TRU runs from noon to 2 p.m. In case of rain, it will be relocated to BMO Student Street inside Old Main.
