How could Canada Post be losing money?
We go to Arizona for the winter so we paid $188.69 to get our mail forwarded for five months. The day we got to Yuma, I ended up in the hospital for three days and was advised to return to Canada.
I immediately called our local postal office and advised them to not forward our mail as we are returning to Canada.
Upon our return, I contacted Canada Post for a refund or partial refund. Over a seven-day period, I have spoken to eight different people, got two different claim numbers and now
I’ve been told: “Sorry, no refund.”
How can Canada Post be losing money when customers can get ripped off like that?
The Canadian postal service should be totally privatized so that the private sector can show the government how to run a business.
