In response to the letter, Next Time You Visit RIH, Take A Bus, I started to wonder how that is feasible if you live out of town (The Daily News, Nov. 28).
There are a lot of people who come to RIH for tests who do not live in Kamloops. Recently, I had to walk up the hill from Nicola Street and thought I was going to pass out.
I have disabilities but do not have a sign to put on my vehicle.
I made three trips through the parkade and noticed even if I had a handicapped sign, it would have not done me any good. No spaces were available.
When you come from out of town, where would I park my vehicle and what bus goes to RIH? That just does not work.
Maybe the writer of that letter has some advice for us not living in Kamloops.
