Leave booze out of grocery stores

I don’t agree with the idea of selling liquor in grocery stores and I will tell you why.

I have a family member who is an alcoholic and is currently seeking treatment. The grocery store is one place that an alcoholic person can go without seeing alcohol, without having to walk past it, without having to make the decision of giving in to the disease.

We help people with other diseases and we should help the people who are fighting the disease of alcoholism.

The grocery store should be for groceries.

Convenience should not play a part in this at all.
