It is with joy and sadness that I read in the paper that school district superintendent Terry Sullivan is retiring next July (The Daily News, Dec. 17).
He has been the best school superintendent we’ve ever had!
How do I know that? Well, it is easy. There have never been any negative criticisms in our paper in all his years here.
I’m glad to hear also that he is staying in Kamloops. As he knows, we are ex-Maritimers, too. We love to visit “back home,” but are B.C.-ers now. We have loved watching our small city grow into the large, vibrant city it has become.
Thanks again, Terry, for being such a great addition to our city.
