    B.C. Lions running back Jamall Lee retires after three CFL seasons

    VANCOUVER - Former first-round pick Jamall Lee has retired after just three CFL seasons.

    The B.C. Lions said in a release Monday that the 24-year-old non-import running back has informed the club he is retiring.

    The third overall pick in the 2009 CFL draft, Lee appeared in 32 games over three seasons with the Lions, recording six carries for 18 yards.

    The New Westminster, B.C., native added 11 receptions for 133 yards.
