LONDON - Tony Parker scored 22 points and Nicolas Batum added 19 as France beat Tunisia 73-69 on Saturday for its third straight victory in the men's Olympic basketball tournament.
Kevin Seraphin finished with 10 points for the French, who have bounced back nicely after losing to the U.S. in their opener. France will close out pool play Monday against Nigeria before heading to the quarterfinals.
Mohamed Hadidane scored 20 points and Makram Ben Romdhane had 17 for winless Tunisia, which seemed out of it in the third quarter but kept chipping away to stay within single digits for much of the fourth quarter.
Both teams were 5 of 19 from 3-point range.
