Restoration crews were at Kamloops Urgent Care Clinic to deal with office flooding that has the clinic shut down Wednesday and Thursday.
Other offices and businesses in the area at the north end of the Superstore shopping centre appeared to be unaffected.
Royal Inland Hospital will have an extra nurse on duty Thursday to deal with an expected increase in patients as people look for alternatives to the clinic.
The hospital emergency department normally sees about 180 patients a day.
