The B.C. Lions CFL football team is back in Kamloops for another training camp.
Cyclists victorious
It was a Car vs. Bike challenge. Starting on Victoria Street and finishing on the north end of the Overlanders Bridge, drivers and cyclists had to make five stops to gather clues in the fun rally. The cyclists won, but it was close.

Members of the Kamloops Amateur Radio Club along with some 35,000 other amateur radio operators will be participating in the American Radio Relay League Field Day exercise. This is not only an operating event but practice is setting up a station under simulated emergency conditions. Visitors are most welcome. Drop by have a coffee and see and hear amateur radio in action.
