All ages are welcome to come lawn bowling at McArthur Island. No equipment is required, comfortable clothes and flat soled shoes are recommended. Come and enjoy an evening of handbell and choral music, featuring Bells of Note, Harmony in Hand and the Musical Chimers at Kamloops United Church, 421 St. Paul St., at 7 pm. Special Guests are The Rising Stars, the Childrenís Choir from OLPH and St. Annís Academy and the new Cache Creek Bell Choir. Refreshments will be served after the concert. Admission is by donation.
During this Basic experiential workshop, participants are introduced to core shamanism, the universal and near-universal basic methods of the shaman to enter non-ordinary reality for problem solving and healing. Particular emphasis is put on the classic shamanic journey, one of the most remarkable visionary methods used by humankind to explore the hidden universe otherwise known mainly through myth and dream.
