Come out and join the Kamloops Riverside Lawn Bowling Club for some fun. We welcome people of all ages. Lawn bowling does not require a commitment to time as games are put together with a draw of whoever attends. Bowling times are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 a.m. Lawn bowling is a sport for everyone, so come out, try it out and enjoy yourself.

All ages are welcome to come lawn bowling at McArthur Island. No equipment is required, comfortable clothes and flat soled shoes are recommended. Bowl Monday,Wednesday, Friday and Sundays at 6:30 from May till October. Visually impaired bowling is Thursday night at 6 p.m. For more information call 250-376-0995

Kamloops Therapeutic Riding Association (KTRA) has been around for over 20 years providing services for children and adults faced with disabilities. At KTRA we transform limitations into limitless possibilities. Individuals at KTRA are given the opportunity to enhance both their physical and psychological well being. The use of horses as therapy tools is becoming more in demand as health care professionals document the results showing increased self confidents, self awareness and teamwork not to mention the inspiring physical transformations. With your help we can continue to expand our programs to help an increased number of individuals in our community.
This Open Gymkhana event allows for riders outside of our programs to come ride for a fun filled day and compete for a good cause! 100% of the proceeds from this event will go towards helping fund the therapeutic programs in the Kamloops community.
