The 16th annual Wildlights Festival, at the B.C. Wildlife Park, features the Symphony of Lights, Wildlife Express Train, Uncle Chris the Clown and bonfires with hot chocolate. It runs until Sunday, Jan. 5 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Food for food bank, fun for kids

More than 600 children and hundreds of parents flocked to Aberdeen Mall on Thursday afternoon for the Trick or Treat Extravaganza. Children traded a non-perishable food item to become eligible to collect treats from mall merchants. Food and cash donations are going to the Kamloops Food Bank.
